Through our regional offices, we offer these services nationwide.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Title:<span> </span></span><span>Senior Project Manager</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: </span>Mukwonago, WI</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sr. Project Manager Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project estimating and project management of civil projects with all types of deep foundations, retention systems, ground improvement, and dewatering scope.</li>\n<li>Perform site visits to evaluate site conditions.</li>\n<li>Study drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports.</li>\n<li>Request and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes.</li>\n<li>Prepare take-offs, cost estimates, bid proposals, and budgets.</li>\n<li>Negotiate construction contracts (with help from our legal team).</li>\n<li>Prepare project submittals including construction means and methods, design calculation (design-build), specialty equipment, and required materials.</li>\n<li>Manage field quality and control costs.</li>\n<li>Understand and help implement required safety measurements.</li>\n<li>Prepare project billings and close out project paperwork.</li>\n<li>Attend company-wide training.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sr. Project Manager Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.</li>\n<li>5+ years of related experience in civil or geotechnical engineering.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>\n<li>Have good mathematical and analytical capabilities.</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of our construction methods.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel to various job sites within the district.</li>\n<li>Meet deadlines for multiple tasks.</li>\n<li>Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li>\n<li>Project management: 2 years (Preferred).</li>\n<li>Driver’s license required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits Package:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary.</li>\n<li>100% paid premiums for Dental and Vision plans for the employee and all dependents.</li>\n<li>Malcolm covers an average of ninety percent of the medical premium for the employee and all dependents.<br></li>\n<li>Malcolm contributes up to 10% of your salary into a retirement plan.</li>\n<li>Opportunities for career advancement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span> Full-time</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Malcolm Drilling Company, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and a Drug-Free Workplace.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>",
