          "text": "<p><strong>Primary Function of Position</strong><br>\nAs Sr.Manager, IT -Supply Chain Solutions, you will lead a team responsible for driving the<br>\ndesign, development, and integration of Procure to Pay applications.<br>\nThis role will also work closely with senior leadership and peers across Intuitive's Direct<br>\nProcurement and IT organization.<br>\n<strong>Essential Job Duties&#xa0;</strong><br>\nReview current business application and solution landscape to develop Procure to Pay Solutions<br>\nroadmap in the areas of Sourcing, Materials Requirment planning, Procurement execution and<br>\nSupplier Collaboration functions<br>\nProvide leadership in functional design, implementation, and support of the Procure to Pay<br>\napplications</p><p>Operate as a trusted IT partner and IT applications leader for Direct<br>\nProcurement business functions.<br>\nWork with key business stakeholders to analyze requirements and<br>\nassess impact of use cases, to ensure the solution will produce<br>\ndesired business outcomes.<br>\nInvestigate, research and evaluate new applications and/or technologies and application<br>\nintegrations that will improve business productivity.<br>\nBuilding business case and estimate, clearly setting expectation with business on scope and<br>\ntimeline<br>\nEngage with vendors to determine solutions that best fit to the Procure to Pay solutions roadmap<br>\nEnsure that solution architecture designed by solution architects and analysts are scalable and in<br>\nsync with business needs.<br>\nPerform deep analysis to translate complex business information to actionable system activities;<br>\nrecommend best practices; and present associated technical process components.<br>\nCoaches other team members with design and thought leadership to achieve organizational<br>\ngoals.<br>\nInteract on a day-to-day basis with other analysts, business leadership, SME and IT team<br>\nmembers to support business operations and drive change management.<br>\nFacilitate change management and transition to future state working with various stakeholders.<br>\nIdentify and participate in prioritization of business capabilities and act as a catalyst for building<br>\nmature and scalable processes.<br>\nCoaching and teaching: Teaches reports to perform current job tasks and provides coaching and<br>\ndevelopment for 1-2 years out<br>\nAccountability: Accountable for team goals and for other managers and individuals on the team -<br>\ncreative in succeeding<br>\nPersonal commitment: Recognizes potential team issues, proposed solutions, and gains<br>\ncommitment of team and other peer managers.<br>\nBuild high performance Organization: Hires, trains, develops teams and other managers</p>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience&#xa0;</strong><br>\nExperience implementing SAP Procure to Pay solutions and Supplier collaboration tools in a<br>\nmedical device or high tech manufacturing industry is required.<br>\nMinimum 12+ years of Implementing Supply Chain applications is required.<br>\nFive or more years of experience as a people leader is required.<br>\nIn depth knowledge of business processes in the areas of Materials Requirement Planning,<br>\nSourcing and Supplier Collaboration are required</p><p>Experience with E2E Supply Chain processes (e.g., Procurement,<br>\nManufacturing ,Logistics, Inventory Management) is desired.<br>\nExperience in medical device manufacturing or lifesciences industry<br>\nis preferred.<br>\nExcellent communication skills to present complex ideas and<br>\nconcepts to technical and non-technical audiences.<br>\nStrong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of<br>\nindividuals at all levels of the organization.<br>\nRequired Education and Training (As applicable - Specific education and training that an<br>\nindividual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)<br>\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, information systems or related field, or equivalent<br>\nwork experience is required</p>",
