This full-time ministry position exists to support this vision. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">This role will be partially responsible for the Human Resources program, policies, and practices, either performing the following duties personally or delegating to individuals throughout the ministry.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-decoration: none;\">Ministry Development:  Develop, oversee, and supervise all aspects of YD Adventures Base, including all core and operational competencies. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-family: Inter, sans-serif; text-decoration: none;\">Individual Staff Development:  Ensuring each direct report clearly understands their ongoing job responsibilities, ministry plan and personal development plan.  Included is an expectation for consistent evaluation, ongoing coaching and encouragement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">Leadership: Providing vision, direction and inspiration.</span><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">7.</span><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\"> </span><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">Volunteer Development:  Develop, oversee, and supervise all Volunteer Development within YD Adventures Base.  This includes recruitment, training and care.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">Leadership team: Be an active member of the Youth Dynamics leadership team.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-family: Inter, sans-serif; text-decoration: none;\">Strategic Planning: Utilize Youth Dynamics’ existing strategic planning process; consistently plan for efforts to achieve the Strategic Outcomes for YD Adventures base. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-family: Inter, sans-serif; text-decoration: none;\">Management: Coordinating human and material resources to effectively and efficiently accomplish goals by using skills in planning, organizing, directing, controlling and executing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-family: Inter, sans-serif; text-decoration: none;\">Team Development:  Recruit and hire a team of staff to grow YD Adventures Base.  Make all hiring decisions and consult with the President on termination decisions.  Create a healthy team culture that aligns to the overall ministry of Youth Dynamics.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-family: Inter, sans-serif; text-decoration: none;\">Fund-Raising: Is able to raise 100% of personal support as well as ensure full funding for Adventure base and staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">T</span>ime-Management: Plan and organize own use of time, meets deadlines, and doesn’t have to continually rely on the last minute.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">Administration: Implement ministry wide use of reports and strategic outcome tracking tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">Initiative/Creativity: Proactive, self-starting, seizes opportunities, and originates action to achieve goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;
