Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*This position is currently full-time onsite at the customers Washington DC office. </strong> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct research and provide findings in support of client needs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Be an integral member of a project team and, in successive rotations, accept increasing responsibility. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Under the guidance of a mentor, complete both on-the-job and formal job-specific training. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Learn and leverage corporate tools. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct research and provide findings in support of department needs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the development and coordination of briefing packages and content to include brochures and media creation.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct research and provide findings in support of department needs. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current student enrolled at an accredited undergraduate program, in good standing in library science, operations research, industrial engineering, logistics, systems engineering, business administration, corporate communication, supply chain management, economics, or a related major. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be available for 10-12 weeks starting in May/June 2026. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and listening skills required, with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships within LMI and with its clients. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong communication skills, a go-getter attitude, analytical skills, and use of MS Office products are mandatory </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, promoting teamwork, and fostering positive communication. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong problem solving, time-management, and organizational skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong planning skills and the ability to coordinate and prioritize assignments with minimum supervision. Must be self-directed and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks and projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Be available for occasional travel. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance.
