    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The CNC Machinist will operate industrial devices that generate manufactured parts. &nbsp;Essential skills are technical knowledge, setting up, and operating a CNC machine. While maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment and supplies.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Operate equipment such as CNC machines, milling machines, and end mills to produce manufactured parts primarily out of aluminum and titanium.</li><li>Take measurements to adequately ensure the accurate set-up, with the use of tools such as; gauges, calipers, indicators and micrometers.</li><li>Maintains specifications by observing drilling and cutting; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.</li><li>Set up and trouble shoot 5-axis machines for large complex parts.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Certification from an accredited technical college a plus</li><li>Minimum 1 year of progressively responsible milling experience, aerospace industry is a plus.</li><li>Possess basic math and geometry knowledge with elementary knowledge of engineering principals helpful.</li><li>Be able to read blueprints, follow work order and verbal instructions.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
