The role is hands‑on, physically demanding, and essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Grounds &amp; Facility Maintenance</strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform mowing, landscaping, and general grounds upkeep.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Assist with keeping outdoor areas free of debris as part of routine grounds maintenance.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Apply ice melt and assist with snow removal around walkways and lodge areas.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Support basic carpentry and facility repair projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Complete preventative maintenance tasks as directed.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Keep facilities, vehicles, and equipment clean, organized, and in safe operating condition.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform manual labor including lifting, loading, unloading, and moving materials.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must be 18 years of age or older.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must have reliable transportation.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must have a clean driving record.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Able to work up to 40 hours per week including holidays, weekends, and evenings, as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Any combination of education and experience that can demonstrate the knowledge and ability to perform the work.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Previous experience operating small equipment; skid steer, excavator, plow truck preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to lift heavy objects while raking, shoveling, and lifting large metal objects.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
