We currently have an opportunity for a <strong>Machine Operator</strong> located at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.</p>\n<p><strong>Pay: $26.70-$45.60/hour</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Night Shift - 12 Hours</strong></p>\n<p><strong>*Pay rate is dependent upon prior experience</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p>\n<p>The Operator Associate is responsible for performing routine machine set ups and minor adjustments to plastic extrusion equipment while ensuring safe, efficient, and quality focused production. This role involves handling materials, monitoring and adjusting process controls, inspecting work in process for defects, maintaining accurate production records, and supporting continuous operations through effective communication and teamwork.
