          "text": "<p>Coffman Engineers is seeking an experienced <strong>Electrical Engineer</strong> with eight to twelve years of consulting engineering experience who is passionate about delivering innovative design solutions and excited to grow with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of challenging projects, support our electrical engineering group, and partner with other disciplines across the firm.</p>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited university</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of relevant electrical engineering experience</li><li>Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering (preferred)</li><li>Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification (required)</li><li>Knowledge of local codes and standards (preferred)</li><li>Experience with local contractors, architects, and construction practices (preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical and lighting system design for diverse building types</li><li>Experience with medium-voltage distribution, generation, and protection systems (preferred)</li><li>Must have SKM, ETAP, or similar electrical modeling software experience.</li><li>The focus of the experience must be in the power industry associated with electrical engineering and design of Industrial, higher education, healthcare, and/or commercial projects.</li><li>Must be familiar with electrical/energy codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, NESC, IEEE, IESNA, IECC, etc.)</li><li>Experience with lighting design (preferred)</li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and related design software (preferred)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively on interdisciplinary teams</li><li>Desire and capability to lead projects and coordinate across multiple disciplines</li><li>Willingness to travel for occasional site visits</li><li>Must be able to work in the office four(4) days a week.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Expectations:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare electrical and lighting plans, specifications, and technical reports</li><li>Support business development and marketing initiatives as needed</li><li>Contribute to team mentorship, knowledge sharing, and firm-wide growth</li></ul><p><strong><em>This position is not eligible for sponsorship.</em></strong></p>",
