American Training is a non-profit human services agency, proudly recognized as a Top Place to Work in Massachusetts by the Boston Globe and nationwide by USA Today.&nbsp;&nbsp;This Award is a testimony to the creative talent, knowledge and experienced Colleagues we have on our team.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>SPECIFIC DUTIES:</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Facilitate contacts and linkages in the community to strengthen symptom management/clinical goals outlined throughout treatment and safety planning.</li>\n\t<li>Develop clinically based, rehabilitation option billable treatment plans, and service notes</li>\n\t<li>Provide training on coping skills, negative behavior replacement and harm reduction techniques to youth with various cognitive levels and symptomology using an individualized approach\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Accurately and timely document training and progress in written format</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>Adhere to policies and procedures specific to treatment model regarding development and maintenance of clinical documentation.\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Complete clinical paperwork for a specific number of charts as assigned by the Independently Licensed Clinician\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>This includes safety plans, service notes, treatment plans, quarterly reviews, youth readiness assessments, CANS assessment</li>\n\t\t</ul>\n\t\t</li>\n\t\t<li>Demonstrates knowledge of the policies for specific treatment model for American Training, Inc., Department of Early Education and Care and Department of Children and Families in the areas of Human Rights and confidentiality in all duties</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>Make therapeutic/psychopharmacological referrals to community based providers within seven days of intake to ensure continuity of care</li>\n\t<li>Complete 24 hours of training per calendar year\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Attend and successfully complete Medication Administration Program, First Aid/CPR and OSHA</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>Provide verbal communication effectively to allied professionals and families in relation to youths&rsquo; treatment and progress</li>\n\t<li>Follow Boundaries Agreement</li>\n\t<li>Lead and or co-facilitate groups and/or trainings to youth, families and Colleagues in support of program objectives</li>\n\t<li>Provide transportation for youth to access community resources using personal vehicle</li>\n\t<li>Participate in Supervisor-On Call on a rotating basis providing 24-hour crisis intervention and support</li>\n\t<li>Provide effective service delivery and communication to people of varied cultural backgrounds&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Work a flexible schedule contingent upon youth needs; may include evenings, weekends, early AM shifts and holidays</li>\n\t<li>Provide individual, family and group therapy if clinically appropriate.</li>\n\t<li>Implement the Mission of American Training - &quot;To Bring Out the Best in Everyone We Touch, because LIFE Matters!&quot; and live the Value and Mission Statement</li>\n\t<li>Attends all required training and meetings</li>\n\t<li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n",
