    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>POSITION TITLE:&nbsp; &nbsp;Specialist, Note Endorsement</strong></span></span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Position Summary:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">This position is responsible for reviewing the note endorsement chain of the promissory note and determining curative actions necessary based on the review in accordance with company standards while providing a superior level of customer service to both external and internal customers.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Job Functions and Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Processes promissory notes by reviewing chain of title, executing internal allonges or requesting from outside third parties, and shipping to proper party when requested.<span>&nbsp; </span>Follows up as needed for pending documents.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ship original documents to PHH firms or vendors as requested</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Responds to internal and external requests received via the team mailboxes</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Completes special projects and other duties as assigned</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Cross trains to assist with additional job functions in the division during periods of peak volumes or deadlines&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\"><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></span></span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">One-year mortgage servicing or related experience</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Working knowledge of the Promissory Note and other mortgage documents</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Strong communication skills</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Must have good decision-making skills and ability to research &amp; show initiative in solving problems</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple &amp; changing priorities</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Must have ability to work in and promote a team environment</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">PC Experience – Microsoft Word &amp; Excel required</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Effective time management to balance day to day tasks against short and long-term project deliverables</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Prior knowledge of residential mortgage servicing, related loan documents and Agency guidelines.</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Prior knowledge of residential mortgage servicing, related loan documents and Agency guidelines.</span></li></ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Conditions of Work:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 72px;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Long periods sitting in front of a computer screen</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Lifting banker’s boxes with an average weight of 35 pounds</span></li></ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p>",
