This role is hands-on and team-focused, driving performance through strong leadership, clear communication, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in developing team members while partnering across departments to keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.</p>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals</li>\n <li>Supervise, coach, and develop team members through training and performance management</li>\n <li>Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies</li>\n <li>Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste</li>\n <li>Partner cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support operations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required</li>\n <li>3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices</li>\n <li>Experience working with ERP systems and production reporting tools</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance</li>\n <li>Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods</li>\n <li>Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Culture and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
