This role plays a key part in helping people feel known, connected, and supported as they grow in faith.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:&nbsp;</strong>You&rsquo;ll be part of a team helping unleash the full force of the church to love people one at a time. Day-to-day, that looks like:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li><strong>Empowering Leaders</strong>: Helping home group leaders thrive by supporting, encouraging, and developing them. You&rsquo;ll play a role in onboarding and coaching new leaders along the way.</li><li><strong>Welcoming Guests</strong>: Connecting personally with first-time guests and others who are looking for their next step&mdash;helping them feel seen and guiding them toward community.</li><li><strong>Developing Disciples</strong>: Supporting environments like Starting Point, Membership, and Next Step Room&mdash;helping people take next steps of faith.</li><li><strong>Providing Pastoral Care</strong>: Walking with people through important life moments like funerals, weddings, baptisms, hospital visits, and other care needs, alongside the broader team.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:&nbsp;</strong>We&rsquo;re looking for someone who cares deeply about people and wants to help them grow.
