Including research of potential warranty, rework and continuously repetitive repairs using historical equipment data available through Field Connect service platform.</li><li>Complete all repairs of equipment in a timely manner and by the manufacturer’s repair guidelines.</li><li>Judgment and Decision Making - Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate course of action.</li><li>Inspecting Equipment - Perform audits on equipment audits per the PM Planning tools schedule in Field Connect service platform.</li><li>Communications - Provide information to supervisor, co-workers, and subordinates by phone, in writing, e-mail, or in person.</li><li>Timely and accurate completion of all work orders and service records per the Concentric time standard.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely entry of work hours in Paylocity time keeping platform.</li></ul><p><strong>Safety</strong></p><ul><li>All work must be completed in a safe manner.</li><li>Safety requirements by customer and Concentric must be adhered to.</li><li>Work areas will be maintained to ensure safety.</li><li>Work areas will be kept clean and organized daily.</li><li>Timely Completion of Safety training modules.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li></ul>",
