Currently,</span><span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">bbf:</span><span> is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Junior</span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quantity Surveyor <br></span>to join our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Construction Department</span> in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Limassol</span> office.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tasks and responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Measurement of quantities in accordance with the standard methods of measurement as required,</span></li>\n<li><span>Preparation of remeasurements of Contract Works from Architect/ Structural drawings (AutoCad),</span></li>\n<li><span>Site visits for actual measurements when needed,</span></li>\n<li><span>Recording and pricing changes and variations to the original scope of works,</span></li>\n<li><span>Allocating work to subcontractors.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor's Degree in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quantity Surveying </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">/ Civil Engineering,</span><br></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1-2 years</span> of work experience</span><span>,</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Native <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Greek</span>.
