The Senior Program Manager oversees all aspects of program launch and delivery, including leading a cross-functional team, setting strategy, and meeting financial and contractual goals. This position will develop and optimize processes and tools, and exert influential leadership skills, so teams can perform assigned work effectively and meet client and company expectations. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, financial acumen, communication skills, and a passion for energy efficiency who will thrive in a team environment and will exemplify our core values.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Program and portfolio management</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Program implementation: Understand and meet contracted program delivery goals, KPIs, and deliverables</li>\n<li>Financial management: Develop and manage financial goals, including program budgets, revenue goals, and revenue growth.
