If you&rsquo;re a creative strategist with a deep understanding of social media platforms and a passion for home d&eacute;cor, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Develop and Execute Strategy:</strong> Create and implement an integrated social media strategy that drives growth across all platforms, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.</li><li><strong>Content Planning:</strong> Curate and maintain a compelling monthly content calendar that resonates with both trade professionals and end consumers, aligning with Surya&rsquo;s marketing priorities.</li><li><strong>Engagement Optimization:</strong> Use SEO, hashtags, emojis, and other strategies to optimize content for maximum visibility and engagement, keeping Surya at the forefront of social media trends.</li><li><strong>Influencer Partnerships:</strong> Manage influencer programs by evaluating potential partnerships, growing our user-generated content (UGC) pipeline, and leveraging this content for marketing purposes.</li><li><strong>Community Engagement:</strong> Foster authentic connections by managing all social media interactions, responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly with accurate and friendly information.</li><li><strong>Stay on Trend:</strong> Be the go-to expert on social media platform updates and trends, specifically within the interior design, home d&eacute;cor, and retail industries.</li><li><strong>Track &amp; Report Success:</strong> Regularly analyze social media performance, provide insights, and track KPIs to ensure continued growth and engagement. Stay competitive by conducting analysis of industry trends and competitors.</li></ul><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Educational Background:</strong> A <strong>BA degree</strong> in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media management for top brands or organizations. You should also have at least <strong>5+ years</strong> of experience working with influencers and managing UGC.</li><li><strong>Passionate About Design:</strong> A true love for social media, home d&eacute;cor, and interior design&mdash;plus the ability to translate that passion into engaging content.</li><li><strong>Creative &amp; Visual Skills:</strong> A keen eye for design, with exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.</li><li><strong>Engagement Expertise:</strong> Proven ability to create content that significantly drives engagement and builds lasting relationships with followers.</li><li><strong>Paid Media Knowledge:</strong> Understanding of paid social media strategy to amplify organic efforts.</li><li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Exceptional communicator, capable of working cross-functionally and building strong partnerships across teams.</li><li><strong>Tech-Savvy:</strong> Familiarity with graphic design software such as <strong>InDesign</strong>, <strong>Photoshop</strong>, or <strong>Illustrator</strong> to create and refine visuals.
