This role is suited for an experienced consultant with strong Okta expertise who can lead client engagements, deliver implementations, and design modern identity solutions.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<p>Client Advisory &amp; Leadership</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor on Okta and IAM strategies</li>\n<li>Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions</li>\n<li>Translate business and security requirements into scalable solutions</li>\n<li>Recommend best practices and governance models</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Solution Design &amp; Delivery</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement Okta Identity Cloud solutions (SSO, MFA, LCM, Universal Directory)</li>\n<li>Integrate SaaS, custom, and legacy applications using SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect</li>\n<li>Define identity architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Technical Execution</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure Okta features, policies, and workflows</li>\n<li>Integrate with Active Directory, Azure AD, APIs, and third-party IdPs</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Mentorship &amp; Practice Development</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor junior consultants</li>\n<li>Contribute to IAM practice development and knowledge sharing</li>\n<li>Develop reusable assets and accelerators</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with Okta</li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on Okta</li>\n<li>Experience delivering end-to-end Okta implementations in enterprise environments</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of IAM concepts (authentication, federation, provisioning, lifecycle management)</li>\n<li>Expertise in SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect</li>\n<li>Experience in a consulting or client-facing role</li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Okta certifications (Professional, Administrator, Consultant)</li>\n<li>Experience with Okta APIs, automation, or scripting</li>\n<li>Knowledge of security frameworks (Zero Trust, NIST)</li>\n<li>Experience with Okta ISPM and Oracle Identity Governance (OIG)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary</li>\n<li>Flexible working hours</li>\n<li>Professional development opportunities</li>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Company Overview<br>Indigo Consulting is a growing consulting firm specializing in Identity and Access Management.
