We are looking for a rockstar hair stylist educator who:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Positivity and Dedication to their craft</li>\n <li>Has a preferred minimum of 2 years experience as a hairstylist with a strong emphasis in styling and blowouts or 1 year as a cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment (but don’t let that deter you if you know this is the job for you!)</li>\n <li>Has strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused culture</li>\n <li>A desire to provide exceptional service & always striving to be the best they can be</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and the desire for creating a great experience for our guests </li>\n <li>Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment</li>\n <li>A supportive team player who supports their fellow teammembers, takes initiate, and self starts.</li>\n <li>Is able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all</li>\n <li>Has a proven track record of stellar customer service and sales- customers love you!</li>\n <li>Can pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments & Multi-task with ease</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are excited about the prospect of sharing your love for hair styling and are jumping up and down with joy at the thought of joining our shop, then we want to hear from you!</p>\n<h2>Legal Disclaimer</h2>©2024 DB Franchise, LLC (“DBF”).
