At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Plumbing Service Technician I is responsible for performing small plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, assist with equipment replacements, and pipe installation.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Cleaning and clearing of sewer/storm piping.</li>\n <li>Emergency response to after-hour plumbing calls.</li>\n <li>Video camera inspections to properly diagnose problems and assess the situation appropriately.</li>\n <li>Hydro jetting procedures to clean, clear, and maintain sewer/storm piping.</li>\n <li>Assists service plumbers with installations and repairs.</li>\n <li>Schedules HVAC maintenance and cleaning.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years' experience as a Service Plumber</li>\n <li>Experience with operating sewer machines</li>\n <li>Experience with operating hydro jetting equipment.</li>\n <li>Experience with operating sewer cameras and identifying possible drainage problems.</li>\n <li>Experience with pipe installation and equipment replacement.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of HVAC operation.</li>\n <li>Basic electrical safety.</li>\n <li>Acceptable driving record.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>OSHA 30 Certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>90% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Operating machinery and/or power tools.</li>\n <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation, heat, cold, and/or wind.</li>\n <li>Noisy environment.</li>\n <li>Light to heavy work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects from 20-100 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
