We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the design and execution of electrical systems across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential construction projects. This role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of complex designs, and is confident serving as the engineer of record. Together, we build and play in Montana. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU'LL DO:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end electrical design for commercial and residential projects, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems</li>\n<li>Review, stamp, and seal engineering documents, ensuring full accountability for accuracy, quality, and code compliance</li>\n<li>Produce and oversee high-quality electrical plans, schematics, specifications, and construction documents</li>\n<li>Perform and validate complex design calculations (load, voltage drop, short circuit, etc.) to ensure system performance and reliability</li>\n<li>Coordinate across internal teams, clients, and contractors to resolve design challenges and drive successful project execution</li>\n<li>Mentor other engineers and EITs while contributing to project management activities (budgets, schedules, deliverables) and continuous improvement efforts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU BRING:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and active PE license (or ability to obtain in Montana)</li>\n<li>6+ years of experience designing electrical systems for commercial and/or residential construction projects</li>\n<li>Strong expertise in power distribution, lighting design, and low-voltage systems</li>\n<li>Deep working knowledge of NEC and applicable electrical codes and standards</li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead complex designs, perform advanced calculations, and deliver high-quality construction documents</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BENEFITS &amp; PERKS</span><br></p>\n<p><span>At Williams, we take care of our team with competitive benefits, growth opportunities, and a culture that values work-life balance.
