You will ensure requirements are effectively captured, documented, and prioritised in alignment with product strategy. You will act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users, driving the development, enhancement, testing, and delivery of digital products within an Agile framework.This role involves creating high-quality documentation, including API integrations, and leveraging your expertise to guide projects to success.<br /><br /><b>Responsabilities:</b><br /> </p><p>Requirements Management:</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and prioritise requirements for new and existing deliveries</p></li><li><p>Lead and facilitate workshops/meetings to gather requirements and present solutions confidently to internal and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Document and manage API requirements, ensuring alignment with REST/GraphQL principles and system capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain business artefacts such as user journeys, process maps, and capability models.<br /> </p></li></ul><p>Delivery and Collaboration:</p><ul><li><p>Act as a key interface across the enterprise, ensuring effective cross-communication of requirements, needs, and concepts.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the scrum team, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.</p></li><li><p>Support in-sprint testing, including planning, coordination, and execution to ensure system changes align with user story outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Provide post-implementation support, including system and user acceptance testing and early life support.<br /> </p></li></ul><p>Stakeholder Engagement:</p><ul><li><p>Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing consultancy to ensure successful project delivery.</p></li><li><p>Keep all stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues, ensuring effective communication and transparency.<br /> </p></li></ul><p>Technical Expertise:</p><ul><li><p>Leverage knowledge of API principles, web technologies (e.g., cookies, HTML, JSON), and authentication protocols (e.g., oAuth2, SAML).</p></li><li><p>Utilise your expertise in regulations and processes to guide the development of compliant and user-focused solutions.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the evaluation of key technology providers and operating models to support product innovation.<br /> </p></li></ul><p>Core Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Exercise due care and diligence to ensure areas of responsibility are organised and controlled.</p></li><li><p>Uphold responsibilities for risk management and business continuity practices</p></li><li><p>Comply with relevant Client Asset, Data Protection, and Financial Crime Prevention regulation.</p></li><li><p>Deliver services with 100% accuracy and timeliness, ensuring high-quality outputs.</p></li><li><p>Continuously review and enhance processes to improve individual and team performance.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all duties.<br /> </p></li></ul><p><b><u>What You Will Bring:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Over 5 years’ Experience or familiarity with investment funds, asset management processes, financial product lifecycle, and relevant regulations.</p></li><li><p>Experienced and proven record of delivering products</p></li><li><p>Proven IT analytical skills based on various analysis methodologies</p></li><li><p>Understanding of API principles such as REST / GraphQL</p></li><li><p>Strong and proven interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p></li><li><p>Good influencer and negotiator</p></li><li><p>Proven champion of change</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated</p></li><li><p>Strong sense of ownership to ensure a high quality deliverable</p></li><li><p>Working experience of Analysis and Design methodology</p></li><li><p>Hands-on Experience of working in Agile methodology (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and Agile Tools (Jira, Confluence)</p></li><li><p>Experience with digital portal platforms (Web/Mobile App)<br /> </p></li></ul><p>Desirable:</p><ul><li><p>Experience of UX/UI design</p></li><li><p>Experience delivering digital products within financial services</p></li><li><p>Understanding of key technology providers and varying </p></li><li><p>Understanding and working knowledge of business architecture methodology (capability models/ user journeys etc.)</p></li><li><p>Understanding of SS&amp;C systems and technology infrastructure, both current and proposed.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience within financial services change environment<br /> </p></li></ul><p>EEO Statement / Non-agency Disclosure<br />We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and particularly welcome applications from under-represented groups, to enable us to bring a diversity of perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
