You will be the face of Fasset in-market, owning partnerships, regulatory relationships, community growth, and user acquisition to establish Fasset as the leading stablecoin neobank in Indonesia.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Own Fasset’s P&amp;L, growth targets, and market strategy for Indonesia.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Lead in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Indonesia.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Recruit, manage, and develop a local team, including community ambassadors and business development staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and localisation recommendations to HQ.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of experience in a country management or market leadership role, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Deep network and understanding of Indonesia’s financial, technology, or startup ecosystem.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Proven track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is strongly preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with crypto, stablecoins, or digital assets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Established relationships with regulators or key industry stakeholders in Indonesia.</span></li>\n</ul>",
