  "BriefDescription": "The Coordinator, Total Rewards is responsible for supporting all functions within the Total Rewards team, which includes Learning and Development, Compensation, HRIS management and data, benefits and leave management. This role supports the team by providing technical expertise, ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting system issues, generating reports, implementing system upgrades, assisting with special projects and being available to support all functions, when needed. The Coordinator collaborates with various partners to optimize HR processes, help implement new systems and enhance data-driven decision-making. Although reporting directly to the Director, Total Rewards, guidance will often come from colleagues withing the Total Rewards portfolio and full HR team.",
