Our flexible scheduling supports your needs.</li>\n <li><strong>Team-Oriented Environment:</strong> Experience a culture that encourages collaboration and mutual support.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What You'll Do</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>To plan, organize, develop and direct the delivery of therapy services in designated facility in accordance with current Federal, State, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines.</li>\n <li>To ensure the provision of the highest quality care to residents and families.</li>\n <li>To demonstrate support for and leadership in achieving the mission of Advantage.</li>\n <li>To manage the performance of therapy department personnel.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>About You</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You are a graduate of an accredited school of therapy and licensed as a therapist by the State in which practicing.</li>\n <li>You bring a minimum of two years in a supervisory/management/leadership role in a healthcare setting required.</li>\n <li>You bring a minimum of two years as a therapist in a Long Term Care setting preferred.</li>\n</ul>",
