    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Community Coaches are referred to Human Resource Services for consideration by the individual Athletic Directors at each middle or high school.&nbsp; Applications completed by individuals who have not been referred by a specific school will not be considered.&nbsp;<br/><br/>In order to be approved as a community coach for Henry County Schools, you must have the following:<br/><br/>1.&nbsp; Complete application with required references&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/>2.&nbsp; Acceptable criminal background check completed by Henry County Schools<br/>4.&nbsp; GHSA Certification in PREPARE/First Aid and Principles of Coaching<br/>5.&nbsp; Current, valid CPR certification<br/>6. Community Coaching Agreement, W-9 form, I-9 form, and other necessary forms, as required.<br/><br/>Once you have been referred by a school athletic director, please complete the online application. &nbsp;<br/><br/>Once your application is reviewed and verified, you will be contacted with instructions on proceeding through the approval process.&nbsp;<br/><br/>Please note:<br/>COMMUNITY COACH APPLICANTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORT PRACTICES OR COACH IN ANY CAPACITY UNTIL FINAL APPROVAL IS RECEIVED FROM HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>COACHING PRIOR TO APPROVAL WILL TERMINATE THE COMMUNITY COACHING PROCESS AND WILL RESULT IN THE COMMUNITY COACH BEING INELIGIBLE FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION.&nbsp;</p>",
