    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Tacten is seeking professional, energetic, and forward-thinking <strong>2nd, 3rd & 4th Year Apprentice Pipefitters </strong>to support our client site at <strong>CNRL Albian in Fort McMurray, AB!</strong></p>\n<p>If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.</p>\n<p><strong>We will certify you in IRATA Level 1 (Rope Access) course, and offer flexible project schedules that you can work throughout the year, flights, and camp/accommodations! </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Project Details:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Site: CNRL Albian</li>\n <li>Start Date: Immediate</li>\n <li>Local to Fort McMurray or able to fly out of Alberta Hubs (FIFO) Calgary or Edmonton</li>\n <li>Projects Rotations - 6/1 at 12 hours per day</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial piping systems and equipment</li>\n <li>Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and isometric drawings</li>\n <li>Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipe using hand and power tools</li>\n <li>Support hydrotesting, bolt-up, rigging, and system commissioning activities</li>\n <li>Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures and participate in FLHAs and toolbox meetings</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with Journeyperson Pipefitters and other trades to complete work safely and efficiently</li>\n <li>Complete required paperwork, inspections, and daily reports as needed</li>\n <li>Support maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, and construction projects in oil & gas environments</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered Apprentice Pipefitting Certificate</li>\n <li>IRATA Level 1 required, or willingness to obtain. Ability to hire those with IRATA Level 2 and 3 as well.</li>\n <li>CSTS/OSSA or OSSA BSO or OSSA CSO</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong work ethic</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients</li>\n <li>Exceptional safety and quality awareness </li>\n <li>Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We appreciate your interest in a career at Tacten, however only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further information.
