          "text": "<ul><li>Completion of Grade 12 or a recognized equivalent required.</li><li>Minimum of two (2) years of related office/clerical experience required.</li><li>Previous experience working within a&#xa0;healthcare facility is preferred.</li><li>Strong experience in a Microsoft Office/Windows environment, with a required working knowledge of computer databases, spreadsheets, and word-processing.</li><li>Fast and accurate word processing/typing skills of at least 60 w.p.m. required.</li><li>Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills required.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required.</li><li>Proven ability to work independently, perform duties in a self-directed manner, and thrive under pressure.</li><li>Working knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and standards preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team player preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in staff scheduling is considered a strong asset.</li><li>Working knowledge of collective agreements as they relate to staffing and scheduling is an asset.</li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset.</li></ul>",
