    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.18.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.18.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.46.11/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Objective of the position: &nbsp;</strong>Troubleshoot and program equipment using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) using Siemens and Allen Bradley machinery.</p><p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Essential Duties: &nbsp;</strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">The position ensures that:</span></p><ul><li>Create backup data for PLC and peripheral equipment and maintain backup location for programs</li><li>Responsible for maintaining 5S in department and periodically participating with audit process</li><li>Prepare and develop work/design for new product launch</li><li>Set up control programs on operator panels</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical problems on automated equipment. &nbsp;Maintain and modify existing systems</li><li>Updates PLC and operator panel programs to reflect changes in process or part numbers</li></ul><p><strong>Secondary Duties: &nbsp;</strong>The position incumbent ensures that:</p><ul><li>Conduct all business-related activities for, and on behalf of, Purem within the limits of applicable local, state and federal legal requirements</li><li>Quality &ndash; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and follows all ENA policies related to TS 16949 and ISO 14001; looks for way to improve and promote quality</li></ul><p><strong>Recruitment Profile: &nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Professional background/Basic qualification/Work experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent from a 4 year college or technical school</li><li>Minimum five years&rsquo; related experience in maintenance or programming role</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical engineering design in the field of industrial automation, troubleshooting and servicing</li><li>Minimum two years&rsquo; experience in industrial automotive plant environment</li><li>Minimum two years&rsquo; experience with principle PLC manufacturers such as Allen-Bradley, GE Fanuc, or Siemens. &nbsp;Siemens preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical and safety design standards (NFPCA, NEC, IEC/EN 62061, etc.) required a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to apply mathematical concepts, and operations, including calculations, percentages etc.</li><li>Analytical-synthesize complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Designs work flows and procedures</li><li>Business acumen- Understands business implications of decisions</li><li>Knowledge of continuous improvement of products for manufacturability</li><li>Knowledge of engineering fundamentals , mechanical systems, automotive systems, and exhaust systems</li><li>Knowledge of federal and state regulations</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
