Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.</li>\n <li> Maintains grounds of outside property as assigned, including parking lot, landscape areas, garage, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, etc.</li>\n <li> Empties trash cans outside the facility in parking garage and parking lots, including Valet areas. </li>\n <li> Picks up trash in both the landscaping and grass areas. </li>\n <li> Cleans and maintains stairwells of parking garage.</li>\n <li> Operates street sweeper to keep surrounding streets and turnarounds clean. </li>\n <li> Removes snow from sidewalks, parking lots, stairs, ramp ways, exits, barge facilities, and restaurant facilities.</li>\n <li> Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker.</li>\n <li> Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff.</li>\n <li> Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li> High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Facilities Maintenance experience in Hospitality or related field, or Groundskeeping/Landscaping experience preferred.</li>\n <li> Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and basic finishing a plus. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License.</li>\n <li> Must be able to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English.</li>\n <li> Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.</li>\n <li> Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.</li>\n <li> Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy</li>\n <li> Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. </li>\n <li> Employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. </li>\n <li>The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
