As part of the Tech Mahindra Group, we combine strong local consulting expertise with global scale, supported by our Guidewire Centre of Excellence in India.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role:<br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking Intermediate and Senior Guidewire Business Analysts to join our delivery teams across Australia and New Zealand.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You’ll bring strong, hands‑on Guidewire experience and a consulting mindset, working closely with clients and delivery teams to shape, translate, and deliver insurance solutions that meet real business outcomes. At Senior level, prior experience across insurance processes (policy, claims, or billing) is expected; at Intermediate level, this experience is highly desirable.</span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Responsible For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Working as a Business Analyst across both high‑level and detailed analysis, translating business outcomes and processes into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leading the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements for Guidewire implementations and enhancements (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Acting as the key bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating business needs into functional specifications that support effective delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Facilitating workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders to shape requirements, processes, and solution options.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborating closely with product owners, architects, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and fit for purpose.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting Agile delivery through backlog refinement, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, and contributing to sprint ceremonies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Providing subject matter input across insurance processes (policy, claims, billing) and how these are enabled through Guidewire solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting solution design by validating requirements against Guidewire capabilities, configuration options, and best practices.</span></li>\n<li>Identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies early, and working proactively with stakeholders to manage change</li>\n<li>At Senior level, mentoring and supporting junior business analysts and contributing to standards and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Guidewire &amp; Domain Experience:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hands‑on experience as a Business Analyst working on Guidewire implementations or enhancements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with Guidewire InsuranceSuite and Guidewire Cloud concepts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience translating business processes into functional and user‑story‑based requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of insurance domains (policy, claims, and/or billing), particularly at Senior level.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Relevant Guidewire certifications across one or more areas (desirable).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">How You’ll Work:</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At Tenzing, we value strong technical capability alongside excellent consulting and delivery skills.
