Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet guests with a warm verbal greeting and eye contact.  </li>\n <li>Maintain communication with servers and inform them when a table in their section has been seated. </li>\n <li>Responsible for answering telephones and taking reservations if necessary.  </li>\n <li>Verify reservation, if required, before seating guests. </li>\n <li>Advise guests of waiting time and recommend beverage outlets. </li>\n <li>Responsible for seating guests according to established rotation procedure and explaining daily features. </li>\n <li>Handle any guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously. </li>\n <li>Keep work area neat and clean in accordance with all PA Department of Health standards. </li>\n <li>Participate as a team member with all servers, barbacks, and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.</li>\n <li>We will provide any necessary training for this position.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Any needed training is provided for this role.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations. </li>\n <li>Basic computer knowledge; ability to operate a POS system.   </li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
