    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <div>\n  Clarendale Six Corners is recruiting for Life Enrichment Coordinator.&nbsp; In this role you will be responsible planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents and conducive to their physical, mental and social well-being.\n </div>\n</div>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time opportunity Tuesday - Saturday or Part-time opportunity Sunday and Monday</p>\n<p><strong>Salary:</strong> $19-$21/hour&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Perks of Working at Clarendale Six Corners:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>401k plan with employer match&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Health Insurance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Life Insurance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (full-time employees)</li>\n <li>Daily Pay&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Free Employee Parking</li>\n <li>Discounted Meals</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Program<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n <div>\n  <strong>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Life Enrichment Coordinator:&nbsp;</strong>\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including special events following the Life Enrichment programs (Lifestyles and Health Services, Embrace the World, Ambassador, and Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program) on a monthly basis.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff in the area of disease prevention and management in the holistic spirit of the Lifestyle and Health Services Wellness Program.</li>\n   <li>Lead daily resident activities per our Community standards.</li>\n   <li>Assist with preparing and distributing monthly calendars according to the Community standards.</li>\n   <li>Plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of a diverse resident population including newly retired seniors seeking a carefree lifestyle, seniors in need of physical assistance, and seniors in varying stages of memory loss.</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</strong><br>\n   &nbsp;</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>High school diploma or GED required&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Associate’s degree preferred&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred</li>\n   <li>Previous experience working with memory care residents&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n</div>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <i><strong>If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!</strong></i>&nbsp;\n <br>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <i>EEO Employer</i>\n</div>",
