This role focuses on safeguarding the P2P trading ecosystem by handling disputes, appeals, and fraud prevention. You will play a key role in mediating customer complaints, investigating suspicious activities, and continuously optimizing risk controls to maintain a secure, fair, and trustworthy P2P platform.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Monitor P2P risk operations: handle appeals, complaints, and disputes professionally (full investigation, evidence review, mediation, and final decision-making).</li>\n<li>Manage risk for fiat deposit &amp; withdrawal : monitor local and SEA payment channels (bank transfers, e-wallets, etc.), detect suspicious fiat flows, handle payment-partner issues, and resolve related disputes.</li>\n<li>Oversee risk control for on-chain crypto deposits &amp; withdrawals : perform blockchain transaction analysis, address screening, anomaly detection, and fund tracing.</li>\n<li>Identify fraud patterns across P2P, fiat, and on-chain activities; analyze cases and propose risk control optimizations and preventive measures.</li>\n<li>Develop and update risk policies, rules, and workflows for all areas (P2P, fiat, on-chain, KYC).</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Compliance, Customer Service, Product, Legal, Payment Operations, and local regulators/partners.</li>\n<li>Prepare regular risk reports, dispute statistics, fraud trend analysis, and insights for management.</li>\n<li>Stay updated on Fintech regulations, payment methods, and emerging fraud techniques in crypto.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirement</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>1–3 years in risk control operations, credit review, or fraud monitoring within a lending, banking, or fintech company</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of credit risk metrics (e.g., DPD, EAD, recovery rate), KYC/AML processes, and common fraud typologies (e.g., synthetic identities, first-party fraud).</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas); experience with SQL or a BI tool (Tableau/Power BI) is a strong plus.</li>\n<li>High attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to make quick and consistent risk decisions under pressure.</li>\n<li>Fluent in both Chinese and English</li>\n<li>Good to have crypto experience</li>\n</ol>",
