We are the missing piece in oncology treatment: when mental wellness improves, treatment outcomes improve. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Role Description: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Recruiting Specialist is one of Adjuvant Behavioral Health’s key People roles. This role is responsible for building and executing the Recruiting strategy which will accelerate Adjuvant’s growth across the US. Through an ambitious, metric-driven and respectful style, the Recruiting Specialist will be guided by Adjuvant’s company objectives in all responsibilities, which include – </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build and Implement the recruiting strategy for Adjuvant’s ambitious growth expansion across the US, focused on Clinical roles (Licensed Therapists), Medical team roles (APPs), CoCM roles (Care Manager), and Business Development roles </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Achieve successful quarterly hiring goals while ensuring positive candidate experience, by building strong candidate pipeline and overseeing interview strategy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee all ABH candidate and hiring systems, including Bamboo, GSuite and AMD, ensuring that all our People systems are aligned and highly functional</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead ABH’s external brand and marketing strategy, including website management, social media and event strategy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with HR Manager to lead Onboarding of new employees and contractors, and Offboarding of exiting employees</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Continually ensure our offers are competitive and top tier against the market</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5+ years experience in Recruiting experience across industries, distributed locations, and across levels of seniority, ideally with experience in the Healthcare industry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact; self-directed and detail-oriented with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in scaling recruiting processes, such as interviewing and candidate evaluation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to take initiative and build effective, productive relationships while consistently and positively contributing in a dynamic working environment</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Salary: $90,000</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Benefits: Medical insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Opportunity to work for a mission-based organization, serving transformational oncology-specific behavioral healthcare</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">100% of roles are remote, working from home, with flexible schedules </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Full time career advancement opportunities, locally and nationally as Adjuvant Behavioral Health grows</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
