    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity:</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple SaaS implementation projects at Euna Solutions. This multifaceted role requires a strategic and analytical thinker who can manage several projects simultaneously while also engaging in detailed project analysis and process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies, and the ability to apply these approaches effectively to meet client and organizational goals.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As a central liaison among stakeholders, internal departments, and external customers, the Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, including Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Technical Solutions, and Sales to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and issues, all while adhering to established control guidelines throughout the implementation lifecycle.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Additionally, the Project Manager contributes to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project delivery and customer satisfaction, models and tracks operational metrics, and manages internal work requests. Experience in SaaS implementations, grants management, and/or public sector projects is preferred, as this background enables the Project Manager to help customers streamline processes and achieve effective solutions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple SaaS implementation projects, from initiation to completion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Facilitate project status sessions, resource assignment, and support Statement of Work (SOW) reviews.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success, Technical Solutions, Sales, and Product teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to internal projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Track and report on operational metrics and project performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage internal work requests as needed.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">2–5 years of project management or implementation experience, preferably in SaaS or public sector environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Cloud Coach).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to travel up to 25%.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with government grants, public sector projects, or SaaS implementations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Solutions-focused with a proactive problem-solving mindset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborative team player who values feedback and continuous improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Driven to exceed goals and deliver high-quality results.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Highly organized, adaptable, and committed to supporting evolving business needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Interest in pursuing professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable using AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to support documentation, status reporting, and day-to-day project management workflows, with an understanding of responsible and discerning use.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Disciplined approach to time tracking and reporting, including the ability to write clear, detailed time entry notes tailored for both internal review and client-facing use.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Location:</span></span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office. </span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI Mindset at Euna Solutions</span><br>We believe the future of work is human + AI.
