    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>X-Ray Technologist- Georgia</strong></p>\n<p><strong>($3,500 Sign On Bonus)</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Summary: </strong>Assist with the delivery of occupational health care.  Perform radiological duties and procedures as permitted by governing agencies.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare patients for radiological procedures and take X-rays following established procedures.</li>\n <li>Practice sound procedures which meet or exceed recommended industry standards.</li>\n <li>Produce quality diagnostic radiographs and maintain a repeat rate of two percent or less.</li>\n <li>Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</li>\n <li>Assist with patient flow process and secure/stock necessary X-ray supplies. </li>\n <li>Travels market to provide staffing coverage and on-site services.</li>\n <li>Follow protocol of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient population.</li>\n <li>Apply the Minimal Necessary Standard when accessing protected health information.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with relevant Supervisors and Management while performing onsite services. </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proof of completion 6 Hour Radiation Safety Training course and/or Current NCT, LMRT, LXMO or RT licensure in Active Status. </li>\n <li>Proficient computer skills.</li>\n <li>Exceptional customer service and communication skills in both verbal and written form.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work positively among diverse groups of individuals promoting a “TEAM” environment and “Leads by Example”.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual in Spanish / English </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Base Salary</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>Group Medical</li>\n <li>Dental</li>\n <li>Vision</li>\n <li>Life STD & LTD</li>\n <li>401K w/ Excellent Company Match</li>\n <li>Access to Earned Wages through Payactiv</li>\n <li>CEUs and Licensure Renewals Reimbursement</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p>",
