      "text": "What You Will Do",
      "content": "\n<li>Produce precise electrical estimates for various project types, including commercial, industrial, high-tech, and health care facilities, either independently or under the direction of a designated project lead.</li>\n<li>Read and understand civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, tele data, security, fire alarm, audio visual plans, and specifications as they relate to the electrical work.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate an understanding of, and clearly communicate, estimated scope of work.</li>\n<li>Develop project take-offs and equipment counts based upon the specifications and drawings.</li>\n<li>Utilize technology such as BlueBeam, Accubid and LiveCount to perform and document electrical budgets.</li>\n<li>Utilize understanding of basic circuitry and wiring methods for electrical systems.</li>\n<li>Provide support and training of estimating processes, procedures and systems for junior estimators, interns, and other team members as necessary.</li>\n<li>Contribute to and support value engineering exercises.</li>\n<li>Create OneNote required documentation, qualifications, and exclusions.</li>\n<li>Participate in Estimating team and review meetings and clearly define your estimate work product.</li>\n<li>Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices.</li>\n<li>Maintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as needed.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.</li>\n"

      "text": "What You Will Need To Be Successful",
      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>\n<li>Ability to train and educate others on estimating procedures and software</li>\n<li>Knowledge of structural, architectural and mechanical documents and their impact on electrical scope.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of NEC, local codes and construction methods.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Electrical Materials and their applications.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of and experience with Accubid and LiveCount.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational, prioritization, multi-tasking and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.</li>\n<li>Experience with preparing, completing, explaining, and reviewing estimates with Chief Estimator, Internal, and External Customers.</li>\n<li>Ability to grasp and follow existing estimating process and procedures.</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic.</li>\n"
