    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">The LED Repair Technician will serve as the primary repair specialist for LED systems, with a mandatory focus on INFiLED DB 2.6 LED tiles. This role also supports repairs across Audio, Video, and Lighting departments. Responsibilities include component-level repairs, installation and calibration of LED screens, troubleshooting, and managing vendor coordination for RMAs and warranties. The position is expected to work out of our Linwood, Pa. office 5 days a week.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Position Accountabilities and Expectations:</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>LED and General repair will be the primary focus of this role and include the following accountabilities:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Diagnose, test, and repair INFiLED DB 2.6 LED panels and related components following electrical repair procedures.</li><li>Precisely solder small electronic components and LED pixels onto damaged modules to restore functionality.</li><li>Conduct quality control checks on repaired modules to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Release restored modules back into service and return them to the appropriate department.</li><li>Handle repairs for Audio, Video, and Lighting equipment.</li><li>Maintain electrical systems and equipment to ensure effective operation of systems and services.</li><li>Repair test equipment and electronic components as needed.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Troubleshooting &amp; Technical Support:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Quickly identify problems and provide effective solutions to ensure equipment operates properly.</li><li>Maintain accurate repair logs, inventory of parts, and service records.</li><li>Provide technical guidance to internal teams regarding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Inventory &amp; Tools Management:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Manage stock of LED module repair tools and maintain inventory of repair parts.</li><li>Ensure technicians have the necessary equipment and supplies for efficient repairs.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Training &amp; Development and Vendor Coordination:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Train service technicians and interns on LED module repair procedures to maintain high standards of repair quality.</li><li>Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve work efficiency and skills.</li><li>Manage RMAs and warranty claims with manufacturers and vendors.</li><li>Ensure timely turnaround for repairs and replacements.</li></ul><p><strong><em>What you will bring:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Valid soldering and repair experience on PCB boards, computer electronics, and microchips.</li><li>Must have a&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;1 year of LED repair experience (component-level), with a preferred 2+ years of repair experience within the AV/LED industry.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with RMA processes and vendor coordination.</li><li>Preferred Qualifications:</li><li>Experience with leading LED brands (INFiLED, Absen, ROE, Chauvet, Unilumen, Brompton, Novastar, Megapixel).</li><li>Certifications in electronics or related fields are preferred.</li><li>Experience in live event production or AV integration a plus.</li><li>Precision soldering and circuit board repair.</li><li>Electrical diagnostics and component-level troubleshooting</li><li>Inventory and workflow management.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
