          "text": "<p>Nation Security is seeking a Security Operations Manager with strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills. The duties will consist of but not be limited to the development and implementation of the organization and overseeing the supervision of employees.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 2 years experience in Management Field</li><li>Valid Driver License</li><li>At least 2 years experience in Security or Loss Prevention Field</li><li>Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, PowerPoint.</li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style</li><li>Bilingual; English and Spanish preferred.</li><li>Valid Driver License</li><li>D and G Security license is a plus.</li><li>Flexible Schedule</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to take a proactive role with clients</li><li>Familiarity with all variations of security officer positions</li><li>Develop and lead the staff of security officers</li><li>Understand and be able to apply orders for sites assigned</li><li>Completion of tasks as needed such as compliance, overtime control</li><li>Ability to work both independently and in a group setting</li><li>Demonstrate leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives</li><li>A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace and look at situations from several points of view</li><li>Persuasive with details and facts</li><li>Delegate responsibilities effectively</li><li> </li></ul><p>3905 NW 107th Ave Doral, FL 33178, Suite 408</p>",
