As an admission and utilization coordinator you will ensure efficient admissions process to meet the requirements and needs of the Center with adherence to Regulatory, Licensure requirements and strives to exceed referral needs and expectations. You will need superior customer service and interpersonal skills. You will ensure funding authorizations and re-authorizations are current; facilitates tracking of additional support services. You will works with variety of proprietary and funder electronic systems. You will work closely with Clinical and Admissions teams regarding the MCO and insurance funding authorizations. Responsibilities include third-party liability (TPL), MCO continued stay reviews and packet submissions, MCO authorizations, 1:1 tracking, funding verification, appeals and denials processes. Assists Admissions when and where applicable. You deserve to work somewhere that gives back to you! Candidate should be detail oriented and meticulous, a team player and facilitator; is able to use leadership skills.
