A typical work week includes traveling to site Monday and returning home Friday end of day; intermittently, some weekend work may be required.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Equipment commissioning and customer training for Kurita America water systems.</li>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance for Kurita equipment and equipment manufactured by others.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair customer water systems and equipment.</li>\n <li>Make technical recommendations to customers to improve system performance.</li>\n <li>Complete all required reports and records in timeframes and formats determined by Kurita America.</li>\n <li>Customer Service - Build relationships with both external and internal customers, providing both on-site and telephone support.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with project team, colleagues, and management to resolve or escalate problems.</li>\n <li>Ensure site work is carried out in the required order for completion by the required timeline.</li>\n <li>Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to travel via airplane and automobile, being away from home 5 days a week.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED required - associate degree in a technical field or equivalent is preferred.</li>\n <li>Technical and mechanical aptitude required.</li>\n <li>1-2 years “Hands-on” experience with Electro-Mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, AC/DC motor controls, PLC’s, VFD’s, and Pump Systems is preferred.</li>\n <li>Must maintain valid driver’s license and passport for travel to Canada.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical and Mental requirements: Being able to do the following in a safe and effective manner.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Climb, ascend, and descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and industrial equipment, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms.</li>\n <li>Lift and/or move up to 50lbs.</li>\n <li>Stand and walk for sustained periods of time.</li>\n <li>Push, pull, lift, bend, and stoop for sustained periods of time.</li>\n <li>Use upper extremities to move objects and equipment with steady force.</li>\n <li>Occasionally work in temperatures above 100 degrees for extended periods of time (i.e., more than one hour).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer, including Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities</strong></p>",
