    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Minibar Attendant provides guests with a fully stocked, well-maintained minibar consistently throughout their stay.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Stock the mini-bar cart with the necessary items to maintain the par level daily.&nbsp;</li><li>Clean and defrost the mini-bars regularly and consistently.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Inventory all guest mini-bars daily and post the appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure.&nbsp;</li><li>Stock and replace missing items, inspect, move, and clean the mini-bars in accordance with departmental procedures and policies.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain, track, and complete the daily mini-bar stock worksheet.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure Mini-Bar products are not expired, and follow the proper procedure to remove any that are.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain assigned Mini-Bar carts.&nbsp;</li><li>Raise a store requisition, obtain stock from the warehouse, and store it in the assigned storerooms.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms, requesting Mini-Bar service.&nbsp;</li><li>Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure rotation of all mini-bar products.&nbsp;</li><li>Properly complete, maintain, and track inventory in assigned storerooms.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate effectively with the Mini-Bar Vending Supervisor on any issues and/or concerns.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all duties in the refreshment center inspection/attendant evaluation checklist are followed, including completing assigned floors, maintaining the cleanliness of assigned mini-bars, ensuring menus are present, ensuring inventory is complete, and accurately completing refill reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Display appropriate two-way radio etiquette always.&nbsp;</li><li>Report all mini-bar concerns to management, including any guest issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform any other duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)&nbsp;</li><li>Technical Mini Bar experience in world class luxury hotel/resort preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Customer service and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Flexible schedule, able to work mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATION:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to the safety or health of the employee or others. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
