If you are motivated by unique challenges, comprehensive pay and benefits plan, and work-life balance with the flexibility of a rotational schedule, this opportunity is for you!</p><p><strong>Hourly Rate Range: $43.57- $49.25</strong></p><p><strong>Sign-On Bonus: $5,000</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Must have general knowledge and experience of maintaining Blast hole Drills, Hydraulic Shovels, and various support equipment. Preferable working knowledge of Komatsu and Hitachi face shovels, Epiroc and Cat drills</li><li>Must be able to performs system diagnostics, on hydraulic, Air, lube and electrical 12/24 volte systems</li><li>Be able to perform repairs but not limited to component replacements on GET, hydraulic pumps, and motors, engines, air ends, gear boxes, undercarriage, compressors, auto lube, hydraulic valves, and hoses</li><li>Must have experience with building hydraulic hoses</li><li>Must have experience with prioritizing and making decisions regarding equipment repairs as needed</li><li>Must have experience performing mechanical and lubrication PM&rsquo;s, to include inspections of equipment to check and identify any mechanical and electrical risks</li><li>Responsible for accurate troubleshooting and parts ordering, but not limited to accurate completion of work orders as assigned</li><li>Must be willing to train and mentor other technicians</li><li>May be required to operate equipment such as: forklifts, auto cranes, boom trucks and other small mobile equipment</li><li>Knowledge of work management systems</li><li>Knowledge of planning and scheduling for major PCR activities</li></ul><p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Follow all procedures and safety measures to assure safe production</li><li>Work in all conditions and environments, approximately 80% of job is outdoors</li><li>Able to lift 75 lbs. on an occasional basis</li><li>Able to walk up and down slopes and uneven ground daily</li><li>Able to ascend and descend ladders daily</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:</u></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.
