Description

Context of the Role Our Terminal Management System (TMS), OpenTAS, supports the logistics and operations of tank terminal operators worldwide. The next generation  OpenTAS 365 is being developed as a certified Microsoft ISV solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of our next-generation terminal management platform. Working closely with Product Owners, developers, and domain experts, you will translate complex operational requirements into scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies. Key Tasks Contribute to the design and development of the OpenTAS 365 ISV solution using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure services  Translate business and operational requirements into functional solution designs following Microsoft best practices  Conduct process analysis together with domain experts and define future target processes for terminal operations  Design solutions using standard Dynamics 365 Field Service and Power Platform capabilities  Support the creation of functional design documentation and solution architecture descriptions  Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams during implementation  Participate in backlog refinement, solution validation, and feature discussions  Prepare and deliver customer presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations  Support internal teams with functional expertise during implementation and testing phases  Optionally support customer implementation projects and contribute to our service organization Required Skills Personal Skills Strong analytical and structured way of working with a solution-oriented mindset  Ability to translate complex operational processes into scalable digital solutions  Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with developers, domain experts, and customers  Strong ownership mentality and proactive planning approach  Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes  Confidence in presenting and discussing solutions with internal and external stakeholders  Education and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification  Professional experience working with Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably Field Service  Experience designing solutions for complex business processes  Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Entra ID, and Dataflows  Understanding of Power Platform architecture and solution design patterns  Knowledge of Azure components such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or API integrations is an advantage  Experience with Application Lifecycle Management concepts for Power Platform including solution layers and environments is beneficial  Interest in industrial operations, logistics, or energy infrastructure is beneficial  Strong command of both English and German (written and spoken) Why us?
