Join our global Environmental Due Diligence Practice and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As our new Environmental Compliance Consultant, you will be working closely with Project Managers and other Consultants on compliance-related projects such as general site solutions, due diligence investigations, natural resource assessments, as well as other environmental regulatory evaluations. Additionally, there may be the opportunity to be involved in a variety of other work including but not limited to environmental investigation/remediation, health and safety, and sustainability within our broad Environment and Health practice. This is an excellent career opportunity to work with an expert consulting team on challenging environmental projects for industrial, financial sector, commercial, and global clients. You will help deliver innovative, inspiring, and sustainable solutions that set new standards and make a genuine difference to our clients, the environment, and society.</p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare plans, reports, permit applications, and other project documents; support technical evaluations of data commensurate with experience</li><li>Natural resource impact assessment and permitting</li><li>Due diligence investigations (Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments)</li><li>Conducting sampling events (stormwater, wastewater, soil, groundwater) in various site settings</li><li>Occasional travel as required</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum B.S. degree in a relevant engineering discipline (civil, environmental, chemical) or B.S./B.A. in a relevant science discipline (environmental science, geology, chemistry, physics, or biology). Advanced degree desirable, but not required.</li><li>2+ years of experience in the performance of Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews for various types of industrial facilities. Additional experience in the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites is helpful, as is experience with emerging contaminants, health and safety, and ESG.</li><li>A demonstrated ability to perform Phase I ESAs and limited environmental compliance reviews of complex industrial sites, with the ability to travel on short business trips. Travel is typically of short duration (1-2 days) and may be local or throughout the USA, depending on project needs. Driver’s license and air travel required;</li><li>Accustomed to working in a fast-paced transactional environment, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possessing excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to distil complex EHS or other technical issues into terms our clients can understand, and able to handle multiple things at once.</li><li>Highly motivated self-starter, flexible, and willing to learn, grow, and actively contribute to the project team.</li></ul>",

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,222 - $86,528 per year. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting.
