This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, and budgets while fostering strong client relationships, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and upholding high-quality standards across all projects.</p><p><br></p><p><u>What you will do:&nbsp;</u></p><ul><li>Lead and manage multiple complex projects or program areas within a matrix team environment.</li><li>Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and scope to ensure timely and profitable completion.</li><li>Serve as primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.</li><li>Prepare proposals, lead client presentations, and negotiate contracts.</li><li>Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and technical standards.</li><li>Mentor and develop project team members and provide guidance on best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Who you are:</u>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>You are a strong leader who inspires and guides teams while aligning all project efforts with broader organizational goals. I prioritize client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met through effective communication and collaboration.
