Description POSITION OVERVIEW The Strategy & Planning Coordinator will lead to the development and execution of the AMER InfraSols strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives. This role involves taking ownership of strategic initiatives, driving them from conception to completion with minimal supervision. The manager will collaborate closely with the Strategy Director and AMER leader to prepare QBRs, MBRs, and other strategic reports. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams across different time zones, leading strategic meetings, providing expert support and research, and maintaining a strong focus on both short-term results and long-term vision. The manager will also act as a liaison between the AMER region and global strategy team, ensuring alignment and consistency in strategic initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and execution of the AMER InfraSols strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives Take ownership of strategic initiatives, driving them from conception to completion with minimal supervision Collaborate closely with the Strategy Director and AMER leader to prepare QBRs, MBRs, and other strategic reports Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Certifications such as PMP are a plus. 4-8 years of experience. Experience in an international and culturally diverse organization is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus. The ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems. Good attention to detail. Technical Skills: Advanced experience with ERP financial applications (Oracle preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (experience in Power BI preferred). Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic. Strong, proven business partnering mentality has the maturity and awareness to strike the right balance between facilitating and challenging the business. Can adapt to change and navigate uncertainty. Ability to effectively manage time and resources against agreed deadlines for activities. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects. Demonstrated ethical decision-making and integrity. The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals.
