Coach and lead practices based on the needs of the age group and individual swimmers.</p><p>2. Guides athletes in their assigned age-group with short and long term goal setting.</p><p>3. Create swim meet entries for athletes in assigned group.</p><p>4. Attend all swim meets that age-group is participating in. If unable to attend, arrange appropriate coaching and communicate to all necessary parties.</p><p>5. Knows/reviews all emergency procedures and responds to emergency situations immediately in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. Completes related reports as required.</p><p>6. Knows, understands, and consistently applies safety rules, policies and guidelines for the pool and aquatic area. Maintains accurate records as required by the YMCA and/or the state Health Department code.</p><p>7.
