font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU'LL DO</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Design, develop, and maintain Power BI data models using best practices for performance, scalability, and usability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead and support the migration of Power BI reports and data models from SQL Server to Snowflake.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partner with data engineering teams to align Power BI models with Snowflake data structures and transformation logic.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work with project stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, actionable reporting solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, and model relationships for performance and clarity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure consistency in metrics, dimensions, and definitions across reports and subject areas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and reduce technical debt in existing Power BI content.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support data validation and reconciliation efforts during platform migrations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promote BI best practices including version control, documentation, and deployment workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in establishing standards for Power BI development, governance, and lifecycle management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide production support for critical BI assets, ensuring reliability and trust in reporting.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 32, 91); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU'VE DONE</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You have a university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. or equivalent experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You bring 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Analytics roles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You have deep hands-on experience with Power BI, including:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Data modeling</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">DAX</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Performance optimization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Data design for self-service analytics</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You have strong SQL skills and experience working with SQL Server.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You have experience supporting or leading BI migrations (on-prem to cloud and/or platform-to-platform).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You’ve worked with cloud data warehouses, with Snowflake experience strongly preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You understand dimensional modeling concepts (e.g., Kimball) and how they apply to BI semantic layers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You’re comfortable collaborating with data engineers and analysts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You have experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 32, 91);
