For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.  </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p><strong>In this role you will: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency </li>\n <li>Resolve any commercial, change orders and contract issues quickly and fairly </li>\n <li>Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure the client gets best value from works undertaken    </li>\n <li>Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments </li>\n <li>Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication </li>\n <li>Actively participate in the tender/bid process--from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting </li>\n <li>Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We would love to hear from you if you: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects </li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline </li>\n <li>Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines </li>\n <li>Are happy to travel for short periods to meet with your clients, partners and team </li>\n <li>Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This role will be primarily remote with monthly light travel to project sites in either Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Salary range for this role is $84,000.00- $112,000.00 USD but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, education and skillset.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-Remote #LI-RR1</p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
